The service is free and supported by industry-specific advertising.
Uploaded files are available for 30 days, after which they are securely and permanently deleted from our servers.
The service is currently in Beta; it is fully functional, but minor imperfections may occur. We are constantly working to improve it.

Do Not Upload Illegal Content: It is strictly forbidden to upload or share material that is illegal, offensive, protected by copyright that you do not own, or that contains viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
Do Not Abuse the Service: Do not attempt to tamper with our platform, overload the servers, or use the service for spamming purposes.

Remember that your files are only accessible via the unique link that is generated, so share it responsibly.
SendSmile is provided "as is." We cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or any damages resulting from the use of our service. You are ultimately responsible for keeping backup copies of your important files.
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to any user who clearly violates these terms or uses the platform improperly, in order to protect the community and the integrity of the service.
